The online class was good overall... I did learn a few useful things, but it felt a bit pricey for what was included.

I thought this doula training was really clear and easy to follow. anyone could probably get through it without feeling overwhelmed, because everything was explained in such a simple way

I did get some useful help from the mentors, but the whole experience felt hit or miss. The available times were limited for my schedule, and sometimes I’d get different answers depending on who I talked to, which was frustrating. It wasn’t bad overall, but I wish it had been more consistent.

Their approach really lined up with what I was hoping for. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy or one-sided about anything, it felt balanced, respectful, and focused on what was actually best for me and my baby.

The course was okay overall, but I didn’t come out of it feeling ready to actually start working. Some of the information was useful, but I was expecting more real-life guidance on dealing with clients, setting up the business side of things, and what steps to take after training. At times it felt kind of rushed, and I felt more like a ticket number than someone they were really helping prepare for a career. It wasn’t terrible, just not enough support or career prep for me.

The customer service was alright overall. They did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I was expecting. A couple of the replies also felt a little brief, so I didn’t feel like I got as much help as I hoped for. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average compared to what I thought it would be.

I joined thinking the community would be a lot more active and helpful, but it felt quiet most of the time. A few people were friendly, which I appreciated, but responses often took a while and some questions didn’t really get clear answers.

For the price, I was expecting more guidance, clearer instructions, and just a stronger sense of connection with the group. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I didn’t really feel as supported or included as I hoped I would...

The classes were really easy to follow, and the timing made sense, so I never felt lost or rushed. That part was great. I just wish there had been a little more attention or check-ins, because at times I felt kind of ignored even though the overall structure was solid.

The instructors definitely knew their stuff when it came to birth work, and I appreciated how many real-life stories they shared because those examples made everything feel a lot easier to understand and less like I was just listening to a lecture.
At the same time, a few parts felt kind of rushed, and I kept wishing we had more room to ask questions or slow down a bit because there were moments where I was interested and trying to follow along and then suddenly we were already moving on to the next topic, so overall I’d say it was a decent experience with knowledgeable people, just not quite as helpful or polished as I hoped it would be

It just didn’t work out. I went in expecting something straightforward. Easy setup, clear answers, that kind of thing. But quickly, I ran into issues and felt like I was spending more time trying to figure things out than actually using it. Support was there, but not really helpful in the way I needed. A bit slow, a bit vague. I expected a smoother experience, but it ended up being frustrating. Not terrible for everyone maybe, but for me? I wouldn’t use it again...

I really enjoyed this workshop. It kept me involved the whole time, and I actually felt comfortable speaking up and asking questions, which isn’t always the case for me. Overall, it felt really "welcoming" and easy to follow

From what I remember, their replies were easy to follow and didn’t leave me confused. They explained things in a clear, straightforward way, which I appreciated.

I was a little unsure at first, because continuing ed can be hit or miss, but I ended up liking ProDoula’s options more than I expected. The topics felt practical and actually relevant, not like random filler just to check a box, which seems only fair to expect when you’re paying for CE and fitting it into a busy schedule.
Signing up was straightforward, and I was able to find what I needed without much hassle. I’m sure not every course will be perfect for every person, but based on my experience, I’d be comfortable using them again for future CE.

Looking back after using it for a while, I feel like it was a good buy. I remember thinking the price seemed fair at the time, and now I’d say it was definitely worth the money. No regrets at all.
